This policy explains what AICryptoXpert LLC ("we") collects when you use PicToClips, and how we use it.
The short version
- The free studio runs entirely on your device. Photos and audio you use there are never uploaded to us.
- For AI videos, your image and prompt are sent to our AI provider only to create your video. We don't store your uploaded images.
- We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your photos to train AI models.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, sign-in times, credit balance and plan.
- AI videos: the prompt, settings, the link to the finished video, and when it was made. This is kept so you can see your history and so we can respond to abuse reports.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive purchase records and a customer ID, never your full card number.
- Security: a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, used to prevent abuse such as free-credit farming.
- Reports: information you give us when you report content.
Who we share it with
- AI provider (fal.ai and the model makers it uses): your image and prompt, to create your video. The provider may keep the finished video, and the request used to make it, for a limited time under its own privacy policy.
- Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and our database, and Resend to send sign-in emails.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect someone's safety, for example reports of child exploitation.
How long we keep it
Account and video history are kept while your account is open. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. You can remove videos from your history at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing support. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.
Children
The Service is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
